Ingredients
• 45ml Gidley Dry Gin
• 10ml Muyu Liquer Vetiver Gris
• 10ml Elderflower liqueur
• Tonic Water
GARNISH
• Kaffir lime leaves
• Rosemary sprig
Method
1. Add cube ice to cocktail glass.
2. Pour 10ml of Muyu liquer vetiver gris, 10ml Elderflower liqueur and 45ml Gidley Dry Gin into the glass.
3. Top with tonic water and stir.
4. Add kaffir lime leaves and rosemary to serve.

Method
1. Add 20ml of Hazelnut liqueur, 20ml Dry Vermouth, 20ml Campari, 5ml Black Raspberry Liqueur, 20ml Gidley Dry Gin to the cocktail shaker.
2. Follow with two dashes of Grapefruit bitters.
3. Throw to mix.
4. Place rock ice in glass, pour over ice to serve.

2. Follow with 4 dashes of Orange Bitters, 4 dashes of Absinthe and 75ml of Gidley Dry Gin.
3. Stir and pour into a martini glass.
4. Add lemon twist to serve.
