All orders that have been placed successfully will be accompanied by an email order confirmation. This email should come through within an hour of purchase and can sometimes land in the junk or spam folder, so please check those folders.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be issued via an email confirmation.

Shipping may experience a few days delay in transit due to unforeseen circumstances in the delivery journey. It does not need to be cause for concern, however, if you are unsure keep an eye on your tracking details or contact the carrier for delivery network updates.

To apply a Gift Voucher code, you will need to enter the code in the ‘Add voucher or gift card’ field and click the ‘Apply’ button. This field is located in between the payment method and order summary box at the checkout screen. 

If you receive an error message applying the voucher code, please check the expiry date, terms and conditions and that your cart is eligible. If you need assistance, please reach out to our Customer Service team at customerservice@kingislanddistillery.com.au.

Gift Cards are sent directly to the purchaser or selected recipient via email. The email will provide a code with instructions for online redemption.

Yes, absolutely. When purchasing a gift card you can select to have the gift sent directly via email to a person of your choice, you just need to submit their email address.

All Gift Cards are valid from the date of issue until the date of redemption.

No, we do not accept refunds for Gift Card purchases.
