Bartender / Food and Beverage Attendant

Role Description

• Proven experience in making cocktails and handling a busy bar 
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits 
• A passion for hospitality and great drinks 
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate 
• Cooking & Preparation: Prepare/cook a variety of lite meals and cheese platters 
• Cash Handling and Banking: Accurately handle cash transactions ensuring the security of all payment methods. This includes receiving payments, giving change, processing card transactions with precision and end of shift cash reconciliations
