King Island Distillery Bass Strait, established in 2017, proudly produces a premium range of spirits that capture the essence of King Island. Our offerings include whisky, vodka, moonshine, and gin, all infused with the island’s unique character.
The isolated micro-climate of King Island provides us with unparalleled purity of air and the taste of rainwater, delivered by the Antarctic weather systems of the roaring forties. Our distillery captures up to 1,000,000 litres of this pristine rainwater, ensuring the highest quality in our production process.
