At the heart of the Tasting Room is an exclusive White Spirit Tasting Experience, designed for travellers who want to discover the craft behind King Island Distillery’s ultra-premium spirits. 

The experience includes: 

• Guided tastings of Martha’s Moonshine, Waterwitch Vodka, Gidley Dry Gin, and King Island Coastal Gin— first served neat, then with your choice of premium mixer. 

• Two house signature cocktails, created to highlight the versatility and character of the range. 

• A tasting platter of locally sourced King Island cheeses, dips, pastes, and crackers — thoughtfully paired to complement each spirit. 

This immersive journey offers insight into the craftsmanship behind every bottle — from locally inspired ingredients to the meticulous distillation process that defines the King Island Distillery philosophy.
