Featuring King Island Coastal Gin and Waterwitch Vodka, both crafted with pure King Island rainwater and island-inspired botanicals, these cocktails capture the essence of summer: crisp, clean, and perfectly balanced. 

Coastal Sunset Spritz 
Featuring King Island Coastal Gin 

Inspired by the soft pink hues of twilight, this spritz is a coastal twist on a classic. It’s light, fragrant, and made for sharing — best served as the sun dips low and the evening breeze begins to cool. 

Ingredients 

• 45ml King Island Coastal Gin 

• 60ml grapefruit juice 

• 30ml elderflower liqueur 

• Soda water to top 

• Ice 

Method 

1. Fill a large wine glass with ice. 

2. Add gin, grapefruit juice, and elderflower liqueur. 

3. Stir gently, then top with soda water. 

4. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a sprig of mint. 

Serving tip: Add a splash of sparkling rosé for a soft blush tone and extra sparkle. 

Waterwitch Vodka Collins 
Featuring Waterwitch Vodka 

A timeless highball that never goes out of style — clean, crisp, and utterly refreshing. The smooth clarity of Waterwitch Vodka shines through, balanced by fresh citrus and soda for an easy-drinking favourite that suits every occasion. 

Ingredients 

• 60ml Waterwitch Vodka 

• 30ml fresh lemon juice 

• 15ml simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water) 

• Soda water to top 

• Ice 

Method 

1. Fill a tall glass with ice. 

2. Add vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup. 

3. Stir gently, then top with soda water. 

4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh mint. 

Serving tip: Swap lemon for lime for a more zesty finish — perfect for balmy evenings by the water.
